6. Payments

Overview

This explains upload payments, refunds and credits..etc

6.1 Past payments: The payment history for a customer can be viewed from the Customer Details page. Using the options available you can view payments.

6.2 Customer credit and Refunds: BluSynergy's BluBilling offers 3 mechanisms to deal with various situations and our terminology for it

6.3 Refunds: When processing a Refund enter the amount, the Effective date and the Payment Method you would like to use to process the refund.

6.4 Store card/payment information

6.5 Reports: There are 2 types of payment reports that shows the payment details and history in the system

• Payment Summary Report - Shows the summary of payments received during requested period.

• Payment Report - Shows the list of payments received during requested period.
