Welcome emails to New Customers

Once a customer has been created, the system can be set up to send the new customer a Welcome email. The body of the email can be altered to reflect your company's tone.You have the flexibility to include details like customer account number, username, temporary password or any other variable that you would like. A list of variables is available below the email body see (Fig1.b) The customer's username and temporary password, could be emailed along with other relevant details about the customer's account. To set up and enable this feature:

[System>>Customer Notification>>New Customer] 

The figure below 1.b, shows the body of the email, with variables for Customer Account Number, Username and Temporary Password included.
