Forgot Username/Password
Navigate to the customer portal Login page using link provided by your organisation. The login page will look something like below image.

Once you are on the login page follow the steps given below.
On the login page, select the "Forgot Password" option.
Provide username or Email to change the Password.

Click on send then an email with the password link will be sent.
If you didn't get the mail check the spam folder.
Click on the link follow instructions and change the Password.
Note: Ensure that you have access to the email account associated with your account. Double-check for typos in your email address. If you encounter any issues during the recovery process, contact Account's team for assistance. For security reasons, choose a strong and unique password when resetting.
