We introduced this screen after repeated requests from our clients to help with their collections process.
To access this screen [Customers>>Overdue Collection]
On this screen,you have the Aging customer balances along with Customer Contact information at your fingertips and also the ability to add Notes to each Aging record. The Notes added, could have a reminder date set, which will result in a reminder email being sent out to all persons on the Billing Administration email list.
To add or remove emails from the Billing Administration email list, go to [System>>Email Configuration]
