Setup Page layouts and Record Pages
If you are upgrading the package or installed the new package check for the following things:
Account
Invoice
Orders
Payments
Account:
Page Layout:
Navigate to the account page layout you are being used.
Setup>> Object Manager>> Account >> Page Layout >> [Page layout that is being used].
Similarly from Mobile & Lightning Actions, drag and drop the following actions to Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions.
Elements are: Configure Billing Account, Show Billing And Payments, Make Payment, Create Invoice, Create Order, Edit Payment Plan.
Similarly from Buttons, drag and drop the following actions to Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions.
Elements are: Configure Billing Account, Show Billing And Payments, Make Payment, Create Invoice, Create Order.
Related List :
From related list select the Payment Options and drag and drop into the related list similarly drag and drop the following as well. Orders, Invoices, Payments, Payment Plans
Once Dragged Click on the Settings and Keep the related list properties as shown in the images below.
Payment Options:
Orders
Invoices
Payments
Record Page:
Check if all the above added buttons are there in record page. if these buttons are not there in the record page then add them to the record page.
In the above image if any action is missing then follow the below steps.
From account record page click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
Click on Edit Page
Click on the highlight panel and then click on Action.
Now search for any action that is required and position it by moving the action to top or bottom accordingly.
