System Events Log:

The System Events Log can be accessed from "System>>System Events".  Events relating to Customer Notifications like (failed emails) and Billing (customer billing runs) is logged here. Events may be logged as "Information" or as an "Error" depending on the severity of the event. Description relating to the event is available. Read More  

Social Media Logins:

On the B2C side, with businesses increasingly allowing their customers to Manage their Accounts by creating logins, customers are inundated with logins and passwords. Our solution is to allow your customer to sign in with their social media logins. Facebook, Twitter and Google logins can be used from our portal to enable your customer easy access to account management. Contact us at if you would like to enroll for this new module.

Monthly Recurring Revenue(MRR) Report:

Our latest addition to the BluBilling Report Suite is the MRR Report.This is a handy report to have if you have subscriptions that have longer terms(e.g annual, quarterly, etc.). It is unique report and a real time saver as none of the financial reporting systems today carry this feature.This report displays revenue recognition on a monthly basis for subscriptions that have longer terms .Select the date to view all revenue(e.g annual, quarterly, etc.)  that may be booked up to that date. E.g., 12/31/2012 will calculate Monthly Recurring Revenue from annual subscriptions between 1/1/2012 to 12/31/2012, quarterly subscriptions between 10/1/2012 to 12/31/2012, etc . Filters based on Plans, Charges and Customer Name may be used to refine your search results.
